At Vanguard South Africa, we stand behind the quality of our products. All products sold at Vanguard South Africa come with a 2 year limited warranty:

- The warranty period starts from the date of purchase as indicated on the purchase order or invoice.
- Keep the purchase order or invoice as proof of purchase; we require this for warranty claims.
- We strive to repair or replace products free of charge. However, abuse or misuse voids the warranty.
3. Warranty Claims Process
In the event of a product failure covered under warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us promptly to initiate a warranty claim.
- Send the Product: We will provide instructions for sending the product to our warehouse for evaluation and repair.
- Repair or Replacement: Repairs will be completed within 30 working days. If repairs aren't feasible, we will replace the product with a new one.

Additional Notes
- Our warranties cover manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.
- The warranty does not cover consumable items or accessories unless specifically stated.
