At Vanguard South Africa, we stand behind the quality of our products. All products sold at Vanguard South Africa come with a 2 year limited warranty:

2. Terms of Warranties

  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase as indicated on the purchase order or invoice.
  • Keep the purchase order or invoice as proof of purchase; we require this for warranty claims.
  • We strive to repair or replace products free of charge. However, abuse or misuse voids the warranty.


3. Warranty Claims Process

In the event of a product failure covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to us promptly to initiate a warranty claim.
  • Send the Product: We will provide instructions for sending the product to our warehouse for evaluation and repair.
  • Repair or Replacement: Repairs will be completed within 30 working days. If repairs aren't feasible, we will replace the product with a new one.

To request a repair or initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team on e-mail at sales@vanguardgear.co.za.

Additional Notes

  • Our warranties cover manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.
  • The warranty does not cover consumable items or accessories unless specifically stated.
